Shardiya Durga Navratri Yagya special (festival) is celebrated as Vedic Yagya. The word Navratri means 9 nights, in which nine forms of Yagya (worship) of Durga Devi are performed. The tenth day is celebrated as Dussehra. According to the Hindu month, this Yagya is performed for 9 days from Pratipada to Navami Tithi. In this Yagya, nine forms of three goddesses Mahalakshmi, Mahasaraswati, and Mahakali are worshipped.
